Xiaomi’s SU7 Ultra is set to disrupt the electric vehicle landscape, boasting an impressive 1,527bhp from its tri-motor powertrain. This four-wheel-drive super-EV accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 1.98 seconds and reaches a top speed of 207 mph, positioning it as a formidable rival to the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT.

Powered by Xiaomi’s HyperEngine V8S electric motors, the SU7 Ultra combines two rear-mounted motors producing 570bhp each with a front-mounted 387bhp motor, allowing for rapid power delivery. Its 93.7kWh CATL Qilin battery provides a range of 385 miles on the Chinese CLTC test cycle, supported by an 800V electrical architecture for efficient charging.

Chassis enhancements include Bilstein Evo T1 dampers and an AP Racing brake system featuring 430mm front and 410mm rear carbon ceramic discs. This setup not only improves handling but also ensures exceptional stopping power, crucial for harnessing the car’s towering performance.

The SU7 Ultra, based on the Modena EV platform, recently set a Nürburgring lap record for four-door saloons, showcasing its engineering prowess. With a starting price of ¥814,900, this electric supercar merges cutting-edge technology with luxury, making it a compelling choice for performance enthusiasts looking to embrace the future of driving.
