Jaecoo Philippines has officially launched its fully electric SUV, the EJ6, at the 12th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit in Manila.
The EJ6 is designed for versatility, with off-road capabilities and premium features. It offers two powertrain options: a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) model with a single motor and an all-wheel-drive (AWD) variant that includes dual motors, ensuring performance on diverse terrains.
Equipped with an 80 kW fast-charging battery, the EJ6 can charge from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes. Both versions provide a range of 421 km on a single charge, catering to both urban and off-road needs. Inside, the EJ6 features a 9.2-inch digital instrument panel and a 15.6-inch infotainment touchscreen powered by Qualcomm technology. It also includes a panoramic glass roof and an optional 12-speaker sound system. The SUV’s exterior features a boxy design with an all-aluminum body, measuring 4,342 mm in length and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds.
